Lucien Landry

Lucien was born and raised in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, where his family’s background in traditional boatbuilding sparked an early interest in woodworking. After graduating from the Carpentry program at Nova Scotia Community College’s Burridge Campus, he spent five years working in the construction industry on projects ranging from large commercial builds to custom homes. During this time, he developed a strong appreciation for architecture and the built environment.

In 2019, Lucien earned his Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University. His combined expertise in carpentry and architecture naturally led him to the design-build approach and to his role at Peter Braithwaite Studio. His commitment to thoughtful, well-crafted design and construction has made him a key member of the team, leading to his current position as Associate.

At PB Studio, Lucien has contributed to a range of award-winning projects, with hands-on involvement in construction, millwork design and fabrication, architectural design, and project management. He plays an integral role in the studio’s operations, supporting all phases of project delivery—from client relations and contract negotiations to design development and execution.

Outside of working hours, Lucien enjoys playing a variety of sports including hockey, golf and softball.
